Is spot reduction possible?
No, spot reduction is a myth. Many people still believe that it is possible to choose where fat can be lost from one’s body because of the continual misleading information available on the internet. All body shapes are different, people carry fat in different places. It is not possible to reduce fat in one area by exercising that body part alone. Muscle growth in a region does not reduce fat in that region. Instead, fat is lost from the entire body as a result of diet and regular exercise. So it’s going to be a fat loss rather than weight loss from a specific body location over a period of time.
Can I lose weight without exercising?
Yes you can but we don’t recommend doing that. If you only diet (reduce calorie intake) and don’t exercise you tend to lose muscle mass, which reduces your metabolic rate (more muscles mean more metabolic rate, which means you burn more calories even at rest). Exercise increases muscle mass. Muscles are heavier so you will not see drastic weight loss but you will get overall improved health and a toned body forever. It’s always 70 percent diet and 30 percent diet for sustainable weight loss and maintenance.
I’m a pure veg. Do you give substitutes for non-veg ?
Yes, there are special plans for pure vegetarians, vegans, non vegetarians and eggetarians.
What happens after I complete my three months of diet consultation?
Our program is a holistic nutrition program. During the course of three months of diet consultation you will not only be following the diet but also learning about it. It’s going to be more of a nutrition education. On completion of the plan, you will be receiving the post plan guidelines to maintain your overall health too.
Can I extend my plan after three months?
No, we only give more than three months’ plan to people who weigh more than 100 kg. You will get only three months to transform yourself if you are less than 100 kg. Three months are more than enough to change your eating habits and lifestyle.
Can I gain weight through diet , I'm too skinny?
Yes, you can gain weight. It’s all about eating healthy combinations at the right time.

Can my husband and I follow the same diet and reduce weight?
Depends on your medical reports. I will examine your medical reports and if found to be compatible, I will give the same diet else both of you have to take separate diets. Because the diet and workout plan I give is customized based on individual body needs.
