Women should eat a variety of healthful foods from all food groups, including whole grains, fruits, vegetables, healthy fats, low-fat and fat-free dairy, and lean protein. As well as nutrient needs, women also have specific nutritional requirements that change with each stage of their lives.
When maintaining a healthy diet, there are many factors to consider. We cannot expect to follow the same diet plan for the rest of our lives, as our bodies change constantly. As we discussed earlier, our nutritional needs also change. This is where I step in. As a nutritionist, my duty is to examine your diet and suggest changes to make sure you get all the nutrients you need from your food. As a woman and as an individual, your needs will be met in this way.
